Saturn in Pisces - Beauty in the Struggle

Into full swing in Gemini season and perhaps feeling a bit scattered?

What can you do to create space in your day/week to have fun and explore while also tending to your important longer term business goals ?

This is your opportunity to have your cake and eat it too, as scheduling in time to be “footloose and fancy-free” can make it easier to also focus on those items that require your deeper concentration.

And there's still some tricky energy with the Sun, Venus and Mercury squaring up to Saturn at the New Moon early in the month and before Saturn turns retrograde in Pisces on 29 June.

This is the second time Saturn will be stationing retrograde during its roughly 3 year transit of Pisces (It will station direct on 15 November.)

The first time it turned retro was in June 2023, a few months after was newly in the sign of Pisces and I do feel as I reflect on the last year (which on an emotional level was quite challenging for me personally and I know that lots of people experienced what they felt was a particularly difficult year in so many ways) that in some respects this was Saturn in Pisces at work...

Structured Saturn is particularly ill at ease in free-flowing Pisces (whose modern ruler is Neptune and ancient ruler Jupiter.)

When a planet stations retro/direct its energy is heightened. With Saturn, we become conscious of the passage of time and the retrograde highlights a lack of structure and/or integrity, a theme amplified by a rare occurrence: the TWO Capricorn full moons occurring back to back over the next several weeks (the first at 1 degree Capricorn near the solstice June 21 and the second at 29 degrees, July 21 as the Sun is in Leo.)

So while we have all of this lighthearted energy playing out, we also have this focus on our longer-term interests… and perhaps a feeling of restriction or at the very least, an awareness of the need for a certain maturity/gravitas.

Our decisions are what determine the course of our lives and we are given the opportunity each day to make decisions that serve us and others in ways that expand our sense of our identity, personal, individual, group and collective and ways that do us less good perhaps.

While we may choose to focus on the larger decisions at this time (and its appropriate to do so, especially as we near the solstice), so often its focusing on the day to day choices we make that end up determining how things play out.

What choices are you reinforcing at this time? Are they getting you closer to the business and life you want?

Now's a perfect time to sit with some of this and make some small(er) adjustments where called.

The message of Squirrel Spirit is to believe in yourself and trust in the co-creative process, reminding yourself of your “accumulated wisdom and experience,” plus faith in all the good, hard work you’ve done ‘til now to co-create the reality you wish to experience. PERFECT message at this time as we near the solstice and make space to pause and take in all you’ve done to this point.

New Moon in Gemini: Story Fairy

A few weeks-ish til Summer Solstice.

The New Moon in Gemini takes place June 6. By this time, the Sun, Venus and Jupiter, already in the sign of the Twins will get an addition...Mercury, the ruler of Gemini will have come home for a zippy 15 day visit (before it departs, along with Venus for the sign of Cancer on 17 June)

Mercury loves being in its home sign and with all the planets in Gemini and of course, Pluto in Aquarius, our minds will be lit up; what makes you curious to learn more? what connections can help you (and how do you want to connect with others so you can you be of highest service (i.e. serve in way/s you're designed to serve?**)

True Gemini Magnificence involves the right use of our incredible intelligence. Our willingness to ask helpful questions, both to others and ourselves (even if we feel challenged doing so.)

Applying the lens of curiosity when we get into a fixed mental pattern is so critical. Most of what we get bent out of shape with begins (or continues at least) through the stories we tell about our past, our current experiences and how we expect things to unfold in the future.

Story-telling (individual, interpersonal, group and collective) are a major theme of this Jupiter in Gemini transit.

With Gemini energy so active especially at this New Moon (and its six month arc), we qet the opportunity to delve into the nuances of all of these "stories"; By doing so, we get as many chances as we choose to take another crack at changing the unhelpful bits of our story so it best reflects our higher purpose ambitions and desires and to integrate our failures through awakened compassion (mind plus heart) for the parts of ourselves that are so depressingly, hilariously? committed to keeping us stuck in the Old Ways.

We get to ask ourselves as many questions as we choose (this is indeed

a discipline) that move us into heart and soul harmony with our greatest good.

A shadow quality of Gemini energy is to try too hard to avoid facing some deeper truths or challenging emotions and situations in favour of the higher vibe intellectual flight it so enjoys.

I've experienced this (there are prominent Gemini placements in my chart.) Still, I so appreciate this archetype's willingness to take a curious and detached approach to...everything...especially one's identifications with a particular perspective or attitude. The other extreme of bypassing is... over-ruminating...something I tend to easily do.

No better energy than this sign which loves to "change the channel.” Sometimes that is a really good thing.

For those of us ruled by the water element, the current air sign-heavy skies activate our emotional houses, so paradoxically we may be feeling (even more) emotional over the coming year...

As long as we approach our deeper work intentionally, with boundaries and non-judgemental curiosity, we can get to better know these shadowier tendencies that may be sabotaging us and experience the grace that comes with addressing these with self-compassion. We can rapidly gain the insight we need without getting dragged into emo quicksand/pain body overempathy etc...

This is necessary because We are All Creative.

More to the point: We are never NOT creating, even if it's not intentional.

What will you turn your brilliant mind to at this time? In what ways will you commit to using it to create that which you want to see more of, in your business, life and in your overall contribution to the cause of Wiser Love?

I recently got this Music Tarot deck (by Diana McMahon Collis & Alexandria Hall) on a recent trip to toronto that features famous musicians and found it quite hysterical! This card features Marvin Gaye as the King of Swords (air element) and I drew it in reverse after asking the following: What do conscious Entrepreneurial women need to know at this time where it comes to embracing and expressing more of their creativity and wisdom as holistic-minded, visionary Leaders.

King of Swords in reverse can have several interpretations, of course. The one that most resonated related to harshness and judgment. And excessive ruthlessness. This attitude can sometimes make an appearance with Gemini when in stressful situations. The best way to use our minds may be to pull back and take a breather when we feel the urge to criticize ourselves or others (not easy.) But there are almost always better, far more strategic and effective ways to get our message across. Kindness plus firmness is honest and real.

Jupiter in Gemini: the year ahead

On May 25 2024, Jupiter will depart the sign of Taurus where it's been for the last year and move into the sign of Gemini where it will remain until June 2025, (before it moves into the sign of Cancer,the sign where Jupiter is "exalted.")

In fact, as we move into the last ten days of this month, Gemini will feature prominently among the luminaries and planets, as the Sun and Venus will ingress into the sign of the twins. This represents a significant shift in energy, personally and collectively.

Jupiter brings expansion, growth, opportunity but also a higher, bigger picture awareness of whatever sign its in. In the sign of Taurus, this area of focus was on financial security, values, stability as well as all things "real" and "earth" based: food, agriculture, the natural world and the experience of our 5 senses.

As Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius which is naturally connected to more expansive intellectual, spiritual and philosophical pursuits, it was not the most "natural" configuration. Taurus wants to root down into the earth and the sensory pleasures of being embodied in the physical world and restless Sagittarius wants to go higher and..farther...

Now with Jupiter moving into Sagittarius's opposite sign, we're getting an altogether different focus for the next 13 months. Gemini is an air sign, interested in communications, contacts, and connections. It has a curious and detached perspective and this transit will invite us to develop and expand along these lines as well.

What skills do you want to learn and develop? Out of a sense of fun, curiosity or perhaps towards pursuing something that will help you in your business r leadership capacity?

Jupiterian energy is focused on a higher - and more leadership-oriented perspective...less concerned with blending in, more interested in speaking its truth.

Now, Mercury-ruled Gemini is typically more interested in matters of a "lower-mind" nature: facts, figures, things that have a more mundane application, though it also loves to learn simply for the sake of it. This will be a wonderful time to marry these two energies; seeing how the details come together inside the larger picture of our dreams and goals.

Jupiter also has an important theme of synthesizing and bringing together seemingly opposite or opposing energies (the Temperance card in tarot is sometimes associated with Sagittarius (or Libra) which has a similar approach, though Sag is less concerned with making things "fair" and more concerned with the "Greater” Truth")

A challenge for Jupiter in Gemini is to not get overwhelmed in a sea of information (there could be an info overload in the year ahead, or simply that we're asked to absorb a lot of information in a short period of time.)

We can never have all the "perfect information;" that's where we need to lean into our decision-making (and responsibility-taking) authority.

September 1 Pluto will move back into the sign of Capricorn for a couple months for its final hurrah. The transit of Pluto in Capricorn (since 2008) was a rigorous one, asking us to take authority and assume responsibility for our decisions to move our lives in the direction we know is in our best and longer-term interests.

So we'll need to do a little dance between this more authoritative stance and the more light-hearted explorative energy the next year of the Jupiter in Gemini will bring us.

I drew a card from Colette Baron-Reid’s Spirit Animal Oracle with the question: what do Conscious Leaders need to know about how they can serve at the Highest Level at this time?

This is a beautiful and profound call to Trust. Trust in the Great Mystery and to surrender to a higher, spiritual perspective that we can’t always discern the contours of through our five senses.

Paradoxically, when we start to really, truly accept our lack of ability to control much of anything, we find we have more energy to make aligned choices that can actually benefit us, those we serve and by extension, the whole.

Actually committing to this is a daily (if not hourly:) practice.

New Moon and Venus in Taurus, Mars in Aries: Soul Food

Did you make it through April? While intensity continues to play out this spring,with the annual line-up of planets in Taurus squaring off Against Pluto in Aquarius, there’s the relief of Mercury moving direct again (it retrogrades next in August, an intriguing month, astrologically.)

In April, with the Sun, Venus and Mercury in Aries where we had the eclipse, that sign's ruler, Mars put the emphasis on force, willpower, personal power but also powerlessness, as that's a big theme with menace-y Pluto squares (check out Nadiya Shah's great recent weeklies on the topic.)

Mars is where we directly apply our will and focus our energies and when it's moving in forward motion it takes about 6 weeks for the red planet to move through a sign (in November, because Mars will go retrograde it will transit through Leo and Cancer for several months, a critical time in the cosmic calendar.)

Since Mars was in Pisces the last several weeks, our creativity could have gone into high-gear and our imaginations, for better and for worse could also have gotten the best of us. Mars in Pisces is wonderful at boundless, compassionate, wild, spiritual and self-less pursuits...

but on the shadow end you may have experienced a scattering of energies, confusion about your direction or like things just felt really strange...but you couldn't put your finger on why?

With Mars now in Aries things already feel very different. Impatient but also focused directly on its goal with ZERO apologies and a no-tolerance policy for co-dependent style relating.

If you need to make substantial headway on what matters most in your business, this could be that time. As entrepreneurial leaders that can feel invigorating; since we are in Taurus season though, it is about being deliberate and taking a slow, grounded approach to what you do.

A beautiful quality of Taurean energy is to really savor the richness of the moment. Something about both Taurus and Aries knows: this present moment is unique and fleeting...Best to enjoy as much as possible, and if that's not an option, to have courage to be PRESENT for the discomfort, too. Without distracting yourself or lashing out, or whatever your favourite self-sabotaging ice cream flavor is.

How can you relish more the experience (good, sometimes challenging, all of it) of creating and building 5-star client (as Jeanna Gabellini famously calls your perfect-for-YOU clients) experience- in your branding, your offers, your marketing, messaging…. everything that will bring beauty, true value, insight, and more creative/spiritual fulfillment to your clients…rather than say, fixate on either overly lofty ambitions or focusing too rigidly on hitting a revenue goal or reaching that number of subscribers (and ofc Taurus ADORES all those numbers/$$$ and metrics so this definitely is NOT about ignoring any that by any means. It's important...and it can get in the way at a certain point.)

Not easy...cashflow is, at least in practical terms, the lifeblood of business and it's super easy to see what's not working... i have to remind myself regularly that this stuff all weaves together and that the real soul-source is the desire to create and share something of value...and that cannot NOT serve your clients...(EVEN if you don’t immediately make a sale)….

…unless of course... they aren't your 5-star soul clients in which case, hey what the fuck are we even doing (just said this to me-self today after some bs time-wasteage....

but...the "see see, see i'm a good decent, helpful, HARD-WORKING nice person" shit isn't gonna cut it with mars in bad-ass Aries 😴)

And I definitely 'know' better. Which just goes to show you, conditioning is POWERFUL, especially for us women... it takes vigilance (and heaps of true self-compassion) to root it out, particularly when some are fine to have you play that role ...forever.

Even if it's necessary, pragmatically speaking, at particular times and in very tiny doses, with this transit, especially you'll reach your limit pretty quick.

Authentic, conscious heart-centred leadership requires less people-pleasing and more soul-alignment.

Full Moon in Scorpio: Cosmic Power Surge

Full Moon in Scorpio - April 23

The Full Moon in Scorpio takes place as Mercury is still retrograde in the sign of Aries, getting ready to station direct on April 25.

We're also integrating much of the energy from the remarkable total solar eclipse. I got to witness it and it was a fascinating and humbling experience to watch the sky go from bright and sunny to totally dark for several minutes...and back again...like nothing.

It's so easy for us to get lost inside our own heads or perhaps focus on more constructive things required of us in the day to day of being an entrepreneur or business owner. And then something of the magnitude of the eclipse shakes things up (eclipses always shake things up a bit) and remind us that we are here to be...more than our to do lists and more than maybe more than we've allowed ourselves to imagine perhaps..

As someone who is very very extremely clear about what she wants and develops pretty good plans around getting it, I admit it's a massive pet peeve of mine (ok fine it drives me round the bend) when I hear people say it's a lack of clarity, planning or reflection that is why things don't play out the way we want or intend.

Well, of course I'm sure that's true for some people. Not really true for me though. In fact I'm actually excellent at analyzing, strategizing and planning for outcomes.

Allowing that logical, linear and analytical side to have its way is in fact a part of how i'm here to support my clients. It most certainly has a very important place.

Beyond that though, it's NOT what moves the needle. At least not where it comes to creating the experience of a business that flows.

No, I'm of the camp that comes down on the side of commitment and consistency as the path to success (and of course, this is a nuanced conversation all of its own:) My clients actually DON'T struggle with this as much as I do...In fact, I look up to them and their ability to follow-through and do the often tedious, plodding work necessary to build a solid (if not soulful or inspiring) business. It's a capacity i've worked mightily to develop in myself as it does NOT come easily to me. Great at feeling inspired, at marketing and even writing copy...this is all my zone of genius.... (truly a joy for me....i know, i know... vewy sad trombone)

Part of this has been my ADHD and part is just part of the healing journey.

No, I've needed to dig deep and fuel myself up to keep going the course (and disclaimer, I acknowledge I have quite a lot of privilege/)

Of course, your zone of genius alone will not build your business for you! You have to weather the ebbs as well as enjoy the flow and it is no easy thing learning and applying and trying and failing...so many of us have wanted to quit and throw in the towel. No one gets out of that and I don't know that AI will really change that aspect of it...who knows though?

With the Full Moon forming a challenging square with fellow fixed sign Taurus, our faith could be tested around this time...this could be around money or values...Are your values the same ? In what ways are you needing to recommit to a path? Or to surrender to a divine re-direction?

Mercury Retrograde in Aries : The path of the Warrior

Mercury Retrograde in Aries April 1-25th 2024

Mercury retrograde in Aries marks a new beginning....or perhaps the beginning of the beginning...or maybe the end of the end of the beginning....🤷

It’s a potent one, for sure. Aries is the archetype of the warrior. The lower expression of that energy is impulsive, antagonistic and ego-based and doesn’t take much into consideration beyond the end of one's nose.

Most of us can relate at some point or another to being in these situations.

The higher expression of Aries is so authentically connected to its spiritual nature that it’s almost as if it’s solely identified, mind, body and soul with its divine nature. It’s singular in thought, feeling and emotion and action. Neither aggressive nor resentful but without being a people-pleaser either... If you work with manifestation principles, you know that’s one of main goals: line up your energy with your thoughts and it will lead you to take quick action towards manifestation. No split energy. No second-guessing. Not much thought at all, really.

Of course, being human and all, only rarely does it work this way. We’re messy and complicated in how we think about things, even the things we think we want most, maybe especially those. Personally, I can find it challenging to go 5 minutes without second-guessing myself and while I prefer not to make the Mercury Retrograde, which happens roughly once a quarter into something to be overly vexed about, I confess that I find it a time when my thoughts can be especially negative.

With the Sun meeting "wounded-healer" Chiron, also in Aries (through 2027) there's a definite vulnerability with this conversation adding to the intensity of the total solar eclipse and the mercury retrograde.

In his remarkable book Homo Sapiens, Yuval Noah Harari discusses why it is that despite a striking increase in living standards over the generations it nevertheless doesn’t seem to translate into much measurable increase in overall levels of satisfaction, fulfillment and emotional well-being. As he notes, at a basic biological level, we are not significantly different from our ancestors where it comes to our neuro-chemistry...(In new thought/new age circles, we recognize this as our “frequency”or your vibrational set-point.) Maybe that's why it can feel, particularly during a retrograde phase where confusion can have us think we're moving backwards, as if things never really change.

Is it fear or guilt in our evolutionary, tribal wiring? Gay Hendricks has famously described in The Big Leap that allowing ourselves experience a more sustained sense of joy, well-being and satisfaction is actually pretty uncomfortable for our -- let's face it -- trauma-stoked human nervous systems.

Of course, as leaders in elevating consciousness on the planet, we have a higher bar. This is our common mission..an entrepreneurial and spiritual one at that (and Aries the Warrior loves the challenge of a Mission:)

If you’re finding yourself in a repeat of an old pattern or lapsing into old negative emotional dramas, try this on for size: what is DIFFERENT here, this time? About a situation, about yourself, about others or your response, abou t how long you stay "there"? Find something, even if it’s subtle that can brake the blame and shame cycle. I can promise you, there HAS been progress, even if it doesn’t feel “enough” or you’re not where you’d like to be. You do have to be willing to look at it and acknowledge subtle, changes.(Yes, it takes a bit of work. But this is definitely a time where it's ok to let our minds run the show.)

You can try this where it comes to your business. To your relationships or personal life. To your finances. To your spiritual connection. Even to the collective geo-political nightmare it appears we are caught in. We live in a holistic universe afterall and while the eclipse offers the most powerful portal for BIG shifts, we can/must? make it a practice to note the smaller, more subtle ones.

New Moon in Pisces & Eclipse Season: the way forward & through

At the time of writing this, we are in the Dark of the Moon as we move into a powerful New Moon in Pisces on the 10th.

Oh, and the ECLIPSES...a full moon lunar eclipse in Libra March 25 and a New Moon Total Solar eclipse in the sign of Aries on the 8th...with Mercury moving retrograde on April 1st...yep, April Fools Day. )

February, through the first week of March brought a number of rather challenging squares involving the line-up of planets in the sign of futuristic & "sparky" oddball Aquarius and the Heavy Hitter planets, Jupiter and Uranus, both now moving direct in the sign of traditional and sensual Taurus.

It points to a complex and contradictory sky...Neither Jupiter (directed towards spiritual expansion) nor Uranus (innovative and experimental ruler of Aquarius) are exactly comfy in the sign of Taurus.

(Got any planets in Leo or Cancer? You may feel eclipses especially strongly as both the luminaries energies are highlighted but even if not, the energies are definitely active for all of us)

That said, eclipses, even when they bring uncomfortable change are somehow illuminating our path more clearly. And these eclipses have a more positive focus to them (welcome after the last several weeks of the "angry squares")

With Pluto now in Aquarius bringing us into deep transformation at a collective and personal level, uplevelling many of our "mental" concepts and fixed notions about "the way things work" It's a fascinating if confounding, uncomfortable time.

As an astrologer and alchemical coach, i think about this stuff virtually all the time and yet it never fails to astonish me at how "little" I actually feel like i know what's going on when i'm inside the maelstrom of complex feelings and emotions and competing beliefs and values that feel like they're coming from all directions. Navigating this is my central task in order to embody my purpose as a leader (and functional as a highly-sensitive and emphathic person)

No doubt you as a conscious entrepreneurial woman and leader are feeling this as well...

What do you know is asking for a different approach as we head into this remarkable next chapter in our evolution?

Valentine’s Day: North Node in Aries & Peace on Earth

It's a heart-breaking time in our current evolution, given the violence - and now war - in the Middle East and the third year of fighting in Ukraine.

For conscious, transformational leaders, you are certainly tuned into this at some level, maybe wondering if there's any hope at all?

I have a funny relationship with hope, honestly. I've made peace with the fact that it's essential to our life journey on Earth...after all, how does one continue without hope?

Maybe it's really false hope that we need to let go of? A sense that somehow, something outside us will change everything..I am prone to this somewhat delusional thinking at times...

But what i do know without a doubt is that the leadership we're being called towards at this time is asking us to make space for spiritual and intellectual and emotional leadership ....that is more deeply Embodied.

Role modelling [IMPERFECTLY] a different way of being that is deeply grounded in ourselves rather than one that is "out front with all the answers", although....

…Aries definitely likes to be active, and often out front...ahead of the Pack.

Sometimes this can become a kind of hubris-tic willfullness...even though it's often part and parcel of being fearless or courageous!

It's really getting the proportions "right", a near-obsession of Aries' opposite sign, Libra...Everything in balance and moderation...unless its based on fear of:...attack, rejection, abandonment which can be major shadows of Libra's desire to avoid disharmony.

(With the South Node in Libra, we're getting a big-time push from the universe to release the latter )

When should you welcome competition or even conflict (which can be engaged with in a healthy way?

When is it best to strategically avoid it and turn your attention elsewhere?

Margaret Lynch has talked about how high-achievers in particular tend to strongly resist the experience of deep grief and sadness...Ironically as someone who is ludicrously empathic, i can attest to this (though i wouldn't exactly call myself a high-achiever...ambitious dreamer perhaps:)

But, yeah. Tuning into the deep existential grief, separation and sense of loneliness is typically something most of us seek to avoid at all costs....

And something we need to be willing to face, ideally in with others in community but that's not always possible...

So for conscious women leaders (or conscious leaders of all genders really):

Where can you create space that allows for more compassion and rich presence for some of these emotions in your personal or even professional settings?

As an artist, I know how essential the power of emotions is...they must be allowed to flow...

The world, stricken

a snapdragon dawn

Beckoning a pause

Don't run it whispers

Behold a startling

Gratitude for the things

That cannot be named

except with tears of joy or pain.

Venus Retrograde: a worthiness Revolution!?

What is "Worthiness"?

With Venus retrograde since July 22nd-September 3rd, with an important post-retro shadow period through early October, the question of worthiness has been on my mind...
How do we define worthiness? What's our personal relationship to worthiness? (this will look different for everybody)
How are we triggered (either positively or negatively) by someone else claiming their worthiness?
Venus has been spending an unusually long period in Leo, a sign which rules our sense of self-confidence and self-expression. It's how we're expressing our worthiness, often in an outer sense (to shine and to play and share our uniqueness and creativity..
This is the space of true generosity, when we feel blessed and abundant and simply must share from the overflow (rather than from a sense of lack, guilt or fear;)
Hmmm…i WONDER why that can POSSIBLY feel so difficult for so many of us? :)
The shadow side of Leo is excessive pride, arrogance and a sense of entitlement.
And what about Venus-ruled matters themselves? These include money, our values, our sense of self-worth (different from self-confidence), as well as our relationships.
There are challenges and gifts particular to every retrograde season and this one is no different. If you have important planets or points in Leo you may have found this time to be rather difficult!
For myself this has been playing out financially in quite challenging ways and of course, that’s true for so many of us these days especially it seems…
I've needed to "go back to the drawing board" repeatedly to understand where i've needed to forgive, both myself and others, in order to reconnect to that worthiness.
As i've come to understand over the course of years addressing my money issues is that it's basically the same story for everyone.
Scarcity and lack are wired into us, rich, poor and anyone in between.
And the link to worthiness is often present..
When you really consider it, what does worthiness mean for you personally?
As someone with a defined will and g centre in Human Design, at the level of my conscious awareness anyways i've long known, maybe even forever?, is that worthiness is not in question, for anyone, period.
yep, that’s right. Its all a Big Cosmic Joke (BCJ)
Worthiness simply IS. You are worthy, I am worthy, everybody's worthy. Period. The End.
What I resented (like, deeply resented) was other people behaving like they weren't worthy because then I felt like I had to "dial down" my worthiness. I mean, The trauma.🥲
I am, have always been and probably will always be in sincere AWE of how genuinely extraordinary women are...not celebrities, not necessarily people who've won major awards or who've been formally honoured for some achievement or other big accomplishments
I mean regular, ordinary, “average” women i've met and known, even virtual strangers...usually acting like their obvious brilliance ain't no big thing...and who are definitely undervaluing themselves financially 🤯
(I also think the World is most definitely paying a price for that…but that’s a topic for another time)
Part of this is that one of my super-powers (100% completely unhumble brag) is seeing people's genius and being able to draw it out and nurture it.
What broke my heart was THEM not seeing and owning it (not coincidentally, it’s also a reason why I only work with women entrepreneurs & leaders all in on their transformation)
Ok, fine. But if we're all worthy, shouldn't we know it already?
Well, let's say you don't have a defined will centre and/or G-centre…In that case, your feeling sense of self-worth might be more inconsistent.
Maybe you often feel unworthy, like you have to do things, perhaps especially things you don't have a stronger desire around to prove to yourself or others that you're worthy.
There are important lessons from any experience but approval, applause and accolades while welcome, have little to do with worthiness…
And what about "proving"?
While you don't need to prove your worthiness, which is innate, you do need to demonstrate it in some way, even if it's small and only for yourself/the people closest to you.
So feeling, being and doing work together in a synchronistic, synergistic way.
This is where our individual self-knowledge is so important because it will look different person to person and of course our specific circumstances vary, too..
Maybe you need a nap or a massage or take a vacation…
Maybe like me, what you really know you need to embody your worthiness is to buckle down, push through (initially!!) and get shit done you've been procrastinating on (i confess it can feel like i’m at battle with my inner rebel/2 year old to move through the procrastination although I feel great when I'm doing it!)
And as conscious entrepreneurs and leaders, at a certain level, we recognize that we have to align with that core worthiness to step up and do the bolder things being called of us…
