Full Moon in Aquarius: authentic community

On August 9 there's the Full Moon in the sign of community-oriented oddball Aquarius. With the North Node moving through Pisces (and the world being where it is) there's a strong focus at this time on collective matters.

All Full Moons highlight the tension between opposing signs.

New Moon opposite Pluto: Soul-ar integration

The Sun moved home to Leo on July 22, with the New Moon in Leo occurring at 2 degrees of that sign (July 24/25, depending on where you are on the planet. )

This particular lunation is a "tricky stunner": The Sun is speaking in perfect harmony with Neptune and Saturn in Aries (both planets left Pisces for Aries in the Spring and are still in the early degrees of this sign) and opposes intense Pluto in Aquarius.

There was/is seriously beautiful magic & optimism that's available... And at 3 degrees of the sign of Cancer, the number associated with The Empress in Tarot, we are celebrating victories and achievements.

Mercury in Gemini: Wisdom in learning

This week the Sun entered the sign of Gemini, a mutable sign that closes out the spring season or fall if you live in the southern hemisphere.

Saturn and Jupiter are forming a square although it won't be exact until both planets actually leave Pisces and Gemini to take up residence in their new signs, Aries (Saturn moves into Aries May 24) and Cancer (Jupiter moves into Cancer June 9) thus kicking off a cardinal square between these major planets, active throughout the month of June.

Mercury will also return home to Gemini, the sign it rules for a quick 2 week stay.
